Membership terms

These terms describe Learn Turkish App, operated by Buğra Toprak, Türkiye, under the LearnTurkish brand. Contact info@learnturkish.com.tr for support.

What membership includes

One annual membership unlocks the app's Turkish learning collection, practice activities, dictionary and progress features without advertising. The initial collection has 16 original short lessons and 111 Turkish words/phrases, including synonyms and antonyms. It is beginner practice, not a complete CEFR course, certificate or guarantee of fluency. Private lessons and courses are separate purchases; club participation follows the registration information on our website.

Price, trial and renewal

The base annual price is approximately US$10 (US$9.99 where offered). Your store shows the exact local price, taxes where applicable, billing period and terms before you confirm. Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by the store; a trial is not available to every account. Unless you cancel in time, a trial converts to the paid annual subscription and the subscription renews automatically each year at the price shown by the store. There is no permanent free learning tier.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage or cancel through the store account used for purchase. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, following your store's instructions. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period; the store determines trial cancellation behaviour. Removing the app or deleting app data does not cancel billing. Request refunds through Apple or Google; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Restoring purchases and student offers

Use Restore purchases with the same store account. There is no shared app login, so a purchase on Google Play is not automatically transferred to Apple, or vice versa. Student offers use official store codes and the duration/renewal terms shown by that store. A code does not promise lifetime access.

Parents and appropriate use

A parent or legal guardian must authorise purchases for a child and supervise optional email preferences and external registration. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass store purchase verification or redistribute our content without permission. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law.

Progress, availability and support

Progress is stored locally. Export a backup before changing devices or removing the app. Purchase restoration restores membership, not local progress. We work to keep the app reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted store or network services. Contact us if purchased access or audio is not working.

Apple licence and privacy

For the iOS/iPadOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies. These membership details supplement the store's billing terms without removing statutory rights. Read our privacy policy for information about data.
