Request data deletion

Learn Turkish App is operated by Buğra Toprak. You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed. The app does not require a separate user account.

Data stored on your device

Lesson progress, saved words and preferences stay on your device. Remove the app's local data through your device settings or uninstall the app. Delete any progress-backup files you exported separately. On Apple devices, choose Delete App rather than Offload App if you want to remove local app data.

Email preferences and purchase-related data

Email info@learnturkish.com.tr with the subject “Learn Turkish App data deletion”. Tell us whether the request concerns email preferences, subscription-related records or both. Send the request from the email address used for preferences where possible. For a purchase request, provide the store and order reference if available so we can locate the right record. Do not send your store password, full payment-card number or identity document.

We will explain any information needed to verify your request, remove the data we control that is no longer required and identify any limited records retained for legal or fraud-prevention requirements. Apple/Google maintain their own transaction records under their policies. An email unsubscribe link immediately withdraws marketing permission; deletion of other records can be requested here.

Cancel billing separately

A deletion request does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through Apple or Google Play to stop future billing. See the privacy policy for the data we process.
