Email info@learnturkish.com.tr. Include your device model, app version and a short description of the issue. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.

Purchased access is missing

Connect to the internet, use the same Apple/Google account that purchased the membership, then choose Restore purchases in the membership screen. Pending, expired or refunded purchases do not unlock learning. Android and Apple subscriptions do not automatically transfer between stores.

Listening

Turkish recordings are bundled for offline playback. Check media volume, silent-mode settings and Bluetooth output. Restart and update the app if sound remains unavailable.

Progress and devices

Progress stays on the device. Export a backup in Profile before changing devices; import it on the new device. Purchase restoration does not recover learning progress. Keep a copy of your backup before uninstalling.
